Refund policy

Returns apply only to orders delivered in the United States. Request and receive approval before you send any item back.

Email the order number, item, reason, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. After approval, we provide a return address in the United States. Ship only to that address. Do not send returns to the China factory or the China company address.

Submit the request within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and unmodified, with parts and packing as complete as possible. Opened personal-care items, customized items, and items damaged by the buyer may be refused.

For defects, wrong items, or items not as described, return shipping follows the approval email. For preference, color, or change of mind, the buyer pays return shipping.

Refunds go to the original payment method after the U.S. return location receives and checks the parcel, usually within 5–10 business days after receipt. Unapproved returns and parcels sent to the wrong address are not refunded. Buyer-paid return postage is not refunded unless required by law.
