Shipping policy

We currently ship to customers in the United States only.
We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United States. We do not offer international or worldwide shipping.

Orders are dispatched from within the United States. A partner carrier picks, packs, and ships the parcel in the United States. Goods are produced, inspected, and packed in China, then stocked in the United States. Orders are not mailed to buyers from the China factory.

In-stock orders placed on business days are usually handed to the partner carrier within 1–2 business days. Transit time follows domestic U.S. delivery. Holidays and weather can add delay. A tracking number is sent after dispatch.

Rates, delivery areas, and estimated dates appear at checkout. We do not ship to non-U.S. addresses or to locations the partner carrier cannot deliver. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address, refusal, or an unclaimed delivery, the buyer may need to pay for reshipment.
