Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed after we confirm the order and receive payment. Price, stock, and shipping shown at checkout control. We may cancel an order for lack of stock, an undeliverable address, suspected fraud, or a system error, and we will refund amounts already paid.

We currently ship to customers in the United States only.
We do not ship outside the United States. Dispatch, timing, and rates are in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are in the Return and Refund Policy. Returns need prior approval. After approval we provide a U.S. return address. Do not ship returns to China.

Goods are supplied as described on the product page. The personal emergency alarm keychain is a sound-and-light signaling device. It does not replace security, medical care, or law enforcement. Magnetic curtain weights must be used in pairs, kept away from cards, electronics, and breakable objects, and not used in strong wind. The doorbell sign covers the button and shows text. It does not replace a lock or a camera system. Install and use each item as directed.

Site content, product images, copy, and the MtMinn mark belong to the store or the rights holder. They may not be used for resale or copying without permission.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or loss caused by use that does not follow the product instructions. Liability tied to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limits. In those states the limit applies only as permitted.
